As a Program Manager you will help define and prioritize the feature set making sure that they are customer focused. You will develop a project plan and lead cross-functional teams to execute against it. The teams include product managers, software developers, technical writers, software test engineers, and developer support engineers. You will work closely with the marketing and software development teams and have direct contact with highly technical customers during the product development process. You will organize and communicate with beta testers to address all technical problems including bugs detected, bugs fixed and missing features. Qualifications include strong project management, architecture or product design skills. Experience with structured methodology for product development. Strong hands-on technical background with coding of Visual Foxpro   Java or HTML within the last 5 years, experience with Windows software development. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as an understanding of technical issues related to Windows software development and bringing software products to market. Experience with web development or e-business is highly desirable.
